Defendo Alliance has produced a DVD Box with almost four hours of material, giving the viewer a thorough understanding on the concept of Scandinavian Defendo. A logical progression of techniques demonstrates the key points in basic techniques, the correct way to do them and how the more advanced techniques, like the gun and knife techniques, are based on the basic ones.
